When we met Chef Mauricio Solano here in Playa del Carmen, we found a chef who carefully considers every spice, and flavor combination and takes pride in making amazing salsas that pair with these satisfying tacos and burritos de autor. By the way, he prepares his dishes- and with the tasty results (SO YUMMY!) we knew that we found someone who shares our values!
We are excited and pleased to open this restaurant to create appetizing food in a space that reflects these values for you to enjoy! Quality, creativity, consideration and fast service are what you will see and taste whether you visit us by the sea in our burrito studio for a quickly prepared but delicious meal or have our delicious burritos and tacos delivered directly to you.
